JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 15-10-2020 Heard Mr. Amit Kumar Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Pronoti Singh, counsel for the State. In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 594 of 2019 arising out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 549 of 2016 registered for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the petitioner has moved before this Court with a prayer for bail but, this Court, vide order dated 18.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 77527 of 2019, rejected the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that three witnesses have been examined.

No.22750 of 2020(3) dt.15-10-2020 2/2 In view of the above, this Court rejects the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, with a direction to the court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of nine months from the date of normal court proceedings.
