The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 447, 379, 338, 353, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Two trucks loaded with sand were intercepted from the door of the informant when the petitioner along with 40-50 unknown persons assaulted the informant and Anchal Guard by pelting stones and damaged government property. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged sand were carrying with valid document and chalan but in spite of showing the relevant paper, illegal demand was being made by the informant.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No.90 of 2015, pending before the learned SDJM, Banka.
With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
