JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 472, 414, 419, 420, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that on getting information that people are being cheated by running a scheme of identification of the persons through their faces, raid was laid when one Vikash Kumar was apprehended who suggested the name of other person who escaped from the scene as Shiv Shankar. Those two persons suggested the name of the other persons including the petitioners which led to recovery of SIM cards and other materials from other accused persons. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that only on confessional statement from the coaccused, there is nothing against the petitioners.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53582 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 20 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
