2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 304 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the IPC, Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner took away the minor daughter of the informant on his motorcycle. The age of the victim, as per matriculation certificate, is more than 17 years.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that the victim,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27427 of 2024(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., did not support the prosecution case. The petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of suspicion and he is under custody since 04.08.2023.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Court, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 304 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
