2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"i. For quashing the order contain in memo No. 679 dated 22.6.2013 passed by the District Teacher's Employment Appellate Authority, Jehanabad (herein after referred as Authority) only to the extend by which the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Jehanabad has been directed to initiate departmental proceeding against the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16360 of 2013(8) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 ii. Also for any other relief reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law.

Photo copy of order contained in Memo No. 679 dated 22.6.2013 passed by Authority, Jehanabad is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-1 to this petition."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer made in the instant application having become infructuous with the passage of time, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant application.

4. In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
