2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for initiation of contempt proceedings against the contemnor opposite parties for willfully and deliberately not complying the order dated 19.09.2023 passed in CWJC No. 3211 of 2018 by the Hon'ble Court, whereby and whereunder the Hon'ble Court was pleased to

Patna High Court MJC No.1197 of 2024(2) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 dispose of the writ petition directing the petitioner to approach before the Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department, Bihar, Patna within eight weeks from the aforesaid dated order alongwith all the documents/medical bills as alto the order of the Court and the Principal Secretary Water Resources Development Department, Bihar, Patna shall take decision and one such decision is taken the petitioner is found entitled to the medical reimbursement amount, the same shall be cleared immediately. All the process much be completed in four months."

3. The supplementary show cause shows that the payment has been made and the order has been complied.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if she still has some grievance which shall be agitated before appropriate forum/court.
