The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/380/387/420/436/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner Lalan Kunwar had filed a written application before the Circle Officer, Panapur on 20.01.2019 alleging therein that the informant of this case forcefully damaged the hut of Lalan Kunwar on plot No.2163. Thereafter, the present complaint case was filed alleging therein that on 01.11.2018 the petitioners demanded ransom from the informant and took thumb impression of the informant on a blank papers.

No.26653 of 2020(3) dt.29-01-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to civil dispute the criminal cases referred in para-3 against the petitioners were lodged by the informant side. Considering the background of allegation and suppression of the fact in the complaint petition that there is dispute for land between the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Panapur Police Station Case No.

55 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners. The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
