Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections-341, 323, 504, 506, 353 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in short is that while the informant, a Chowkidar, posted in Fatehpur Police Station was on field duty, the accused persons abused and assaulted him with fists and slaps and threatened him of dire consequences. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the

General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No grievous injury is said to have been caused in course of the occurrence. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place for a petty reasons. The offences are triable by Magistrate.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Xth, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 434 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section-438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
