From the show cause filed, it is seen that after calculating, vide Annexure-A of the show cause, the amount has been paid to the petitioner.

However, in case, the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the manner in which the calculation has been done,

Patna High Court MJC No.3898 of 2014 dt.20-07-2017 2/2 liberty shall be available to the petitioner to assail the same, in accordance with law.
