2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 447, 448, 341, 323, 308, 337, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted with Farsa on the head of the brother of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute between the parties, a simple Maarpeet took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. There is case and counter case. He further submits that the injury, allegedly caused by this petitioner, appears to be simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Jhanjharpur, District - Madhubani in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 410 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
