1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):- "1. (I) For the direction to the concerned Respondents select the petitioner on the post of primary teacher on the basis of Urdu and Bangla special teachers eligibility test passed on the three times.
(II) For direction to the concerned Respondents petitioner is science graduate with Urdu pass in Intermediate Examination and B-ed Degree hold from Maulana Ajad University Hedrabad which was recognized by NCTE. Petitioner age more than 45 years but according to rule 10 Bihar Panchayat
Patna High Court CWJC No.17973 of 2015(2) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 Primary Teachers Rule 2012, 10 years is aged relaxation with trained teachers. Petitioner is deserve for this relesacation.
(III) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled in the eye of law."
