The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 168 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- IV, Motihari, East Champaran.
The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 20.08.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33305 of 2016 by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48194 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
