The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant by farsa on his head.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is a school teacher and was not present at the time of occurrence and moreover the injuries are simple in nature.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant, who have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. Having heard both sides and in view of facts and

No.38403 of 2017 (2) dt.21-08-2017 2/3 circumstances and also considering the fact that injuries are simple in nature and petitioner is a teacher, let the petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and on his so surrendering he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017, G.R.No.
