2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504, 323, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, petitioner did not return the capital money of Rs. 9,51,000/- which is taken from the informant for the purpose of business of land purchase.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner is the supplier of bricks and on demand of informant, he supplied six thousand bricks on credit out of which the informant paid only half money and for rest dues payment he took two months time. He submits that the dispute is purely civil in nature. He further submits that

5. Learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Agam Kuan P.S. Case No. 727 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
