JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 29-06-2022 It is noticed that in bihar the directions are being issued while granting anticipatory bail that a person must surrender before the concerned Court and submit bail bonds. In view of such the practice being adopted, the present application has come before this Court seeking modification of the order dated 25.02.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55825 of 2021 by this Court granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. In Cr. Misc. No. 22071 of 2021 & Analogous cases (Raja Ram Mandal Vrs. The State of Bihar), vide order dated 21.02.2022, this Court has clarifies the position of law with regard to the conditions of grant of anticipatory bail and there is no such condition required to be mentioned regarding bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25240 of 2022(2) dt.29-06-2022 2/2 or direction for surrender before the Court to a person, who has been granted anticipatory bail.

The observations made by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Sushila Aggarwal and Ors.Vrs. State (NCT of Delhi) & Anr. (2020) 5 SCC 1, have been noticed, the same is reiterated in the present order.
