Petitioner is aggrieved by part of the Annexure 1 which is an order dated 21.08.2008 passed by the District Magistrate, Gopalganj in arms case no.3/2007. It is contended that his licence for rifle has been suspended till further orders on the ground of pendency of sessions trial no.279/98, however, it is urged that the aforesaid sessions trial has already been decided and though certain persons have been convicted but the petitioner and an other accused, namely, Brij Bhushan Tiwari, have not been found guilty and have been acquitted of the charges. In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the
