The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 44/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner was residing as a tenant in her house. The petitioner took Rs. 2,00,000/- for granting him Kishan Credit Card but after sometime the petitioner left the house of the informant and did not pay the rent of the house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no chit of papers to show that the petitioner took money from the informant. On account of some dispute with regard to tenancy this false case has been filed.

No.46730 of 2016 (2) dt.05-12-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 44/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
