2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application which has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing/setting aside of Rajgir P.S. Case No. 29 of 2022 arising out of N.D.P.S. Case No. 4 of 2022 dated 16.01.2022 instituted for the offence punishable under Section 27 of the N.D.P.S. Act.
