JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-07-2015 Writ application is dismissed for the reasons, which are evident from reading of Annexure- 5. If the permanent address of the petitioner cannot be located or identified then obviously arms cannot be given to a person for many a reasons including the fact that if the same arms granted is misused, the said person cannot be identified or located and the law cannot take recourse against such person. Even otherwise, if the petitioner is a permanent resident of Patna and has business interest in Patna then it is not understood as to how his address could not be identified or located on verification. Obviously, there is something amiss with regard to declaration of his address. Yet another factor does not go down well with the Court that if he is a permanent resident of Patna why he would apply for licence from

No interference is warranted with the impugned order. Writ is dismissed.
