JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the state.

The petitioner was a Dafadar in Atri block within Gaya district. He was made to retire on 31.03.2007 with an option that if he has any objection to the same, he can make necessary representation. The writ petition has confined his prayer to payment of provident fund amount and gratuity. Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents stating that most of the retrial dues of the petitioner has been paid, details of which has been mentioned in para-6 of the counter affidavit.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all amount towards payment of G.P.F. has not been

If the petitioner files fresh representation before the District Magistrate or the Superintendent of police, Gaya, the same would be duly considered expeditiously in accordance with law, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
