The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 25.8.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Buxar, in Sessions Trial No. 157 of 2009 arising out of Buxar Mufassil P.S. Case No. 177 of 2008.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the impugned order to the extent of the rejection of the Petition for summoning the Opposite Party No. 3 has been rejected.

The application stands dismissed.
