The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be husband of the deceased, is of assaulting the informant with respect to demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent, bears no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the aforesaid case. He submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused has been granted the anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23427 of 2019(4) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 1714 of 2019 on 21.02.2019. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar Police Station Case No. 213 of 2018.
