The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to provide

Patna High Court CWJC No.6585 of 2023(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/3 protection to the petitioners in respect of their life and land mentioned in this writ petition.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to deploy police force if necessitated for construction of petitioners' house upon their own land mentioned in this writ petition on their cost.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction restraining the respondents from interfering in the peaceful possession and occupation of the petitioners in respect of the land in question."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna shall take

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
