The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the D.C.L.R., Dehri, as contained in Annexure 3, by which he has set aside the earlier order of mutation passed in favour of the petitioner by the Anchal Adhikari.

It is pointed out by the State and the private respondent that the petitioner has approached this Court without availing the statutory alternative remedy of revision. Accordingly, this application is being disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority which would be available to him under law. If such
