2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 64(1), 62(2), 352/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The case of prosecution as per the written report of informant is that she has been residing in the house of her Mausa at Damariya, Patna since 2019, where the mother of the petitioner used to work as maid. She further alleged that other family members of petitioner also used to visit the house of her Mausa and they became well acquainted with each other. She has further alleged that in June 2020, the mother of the

Thereafter Gautam (petitioner) gave her Halwa to eat, but after eating the same, she became unconscious and taking the benefit of her condition, petitioner established physical relation with her and also made video of the same and when she (informant) regained consciousness, the petitioner showed her the nude video and threatened her not to disclose the same to anyone. Informant further alleged that after some time, petitioner came to her house and asked her to remain in contact with him, failing which, he would make the video viral. It is further alleged that petitioner forced her to meet on 17.08.2025 and took her to some unknown place with his three friends namely Karan, Vikash and Rahul on a four wheeler and forcibly recorded her photos and videos on the point of pistol. The petitioner also snatched her sim and made the video viral on social media.
