1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For the writ issued in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dt. 07.02.2023 issued under the signature of District Programme Officer, Gaya fully contained in Memo No. 204 whereby and whereunder the selection of the petitioner on the post of Sahayika on Anganwari Centre Code No.24 situated in Chamartoli was terminated.

(ii) Issue direction the to Respondents especially 3 & 4 to reinstate the service of the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sewika/Sahayika in Centre Code No. 24

2. At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 07.02.2023, passed by the District Programme Officer, Gaya by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be heard on merits by the appellate authority and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
