JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No.288 of 2015 registered under Sections 498, 341, 323 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner nos.1, 2 and 3 are brothers-in-law (Bhainsur) of the informant and petitioner nos. 4 and 5 are sisters-in-law of the informant.

It is contended that they live separately from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50492 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2/2 husband of the informant for the last several years. The petitioners have got roots in the society and they are not likely to abscond or tamper with the evidence, if released on bail. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No.288 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
