SINHA) Date: 06-04-2015 In the light of our order dated 03.04.2015, both appellant-husband and respondent-wife are present.
2. The submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties have been considered in presence of the parties whereafter appellant chose to withdraw the appeal, as respondent-wife has agreed to accept a sum of Rs. 11,00,000/- ( eleven lacs) and on receipt of such amount she will not press for any claim in the property and other earnings of the appellant. She has also agreed that she will not litigate with the appellant and his parents in any manner and the appellant has

3. Aforesaid payment be made by the appellant-husband within four months from today in the savings bank account of respondent-wife bearing No. 20022085527 of the State Bank of India, Nalanda Medical College and Hospital Campus Branch, Kankarbagh Road, Patna.
4. Parties are always at liberty to file interlocutory application in this appeal itself, if any of the terms of this order is violated by any of the parties.
5. The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
