2. Writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to give all service benefits such as seniority, promotion, pay and other benefits to the petitioner counting his initial date of appointment i.e. w.e.f. 26.06.2009.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6130 of 2023(2) dt.12-11-2024 2/2 (ii) Further for issuance of an appropriate direction to the respondents State of Bihar to give approval of initial appointment of petitioner from 26.5.09 which has been accepted and recommended by the Registrar Magadh University on 9.3.2021 (with other consequential benefits).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation annexing relevant documents before the respondent no. 5 / Registrar, Magadh University and respondent no. 6/Registrar, Patliputra University within a period of six weeks from today.

4. If such representation is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent(s) shall examine the same and pass a reasoned & speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

5. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
