====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

In this writ application, the relief has been sought for by the petitioners regarding the payment of arrears of salary since 17.10.2008 till the date with interest as well as for payment on month to month basis.

Patna High Court CWJC No.643 of 2010 (12) dt.11-07-2017 2/2 The petitioners have statutory remedy before the Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Begusarai.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Begusarai, for redressal of his grievance. Permission is accorded.

The petitioners shall file an appeal before the Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Begusarai, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period. The Member, District Teachers' Employment Appellate Authority, Begusarai, shall look into the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13727 of 2007.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
