Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected along with other accused persons by this court on merit vide order dated 27-02-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8241 of 2017. The petitioner was directed to surrender and make prayer for regular bail but the petitioner did not surrender and has again filed anticipatory bail petition.

This court does not find any merit in this petition. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner in Angarghat P.S. Case No. 56 of 2016 is again rejected. (Sanjay Priya, J) A.K.V./- U T
