The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case no. 100 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 354(b)/34 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24788 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/3 Code.

Petitioners are said to have dragged out the informant out of her house and assaulted her and also tore attire of her sister blaming playing of witchcraft by the informant on their she buffalo resultantly their she buffalo is not milking. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioners are the next door neighbour of the informant and have been falsely implicated in the case by the informant due to property dispute. Allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus. Informant has not sustained any injury. There is inordinate delay of three days in lodging the F.I.R without assigning any convincing and plausible reason.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned A.C.J.M., Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case no. 100 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section
