====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Spl.P.P. for the Vigilance.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27714 of 2022(2) dt.22-09-2022 2/3 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477(A), 420(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(2), 13(1)(c) and 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are relying on order dated 13.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 38944 of 2022, to submit that the case of the petitioners are on a better footing than the case of Amar Bhushan who was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order, as Amar Bhushan was the DPO who had reinstated the petitioners in service with back wages by interpreting the orders of this Court as recorded in the order dated 13.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 38944 of 2022. Learned Spl.P.P. for the Vigilance opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into account, the reasons given in order dated 13.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 38944 of 2022, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27714 of 2022(2) dt.22-09-2022 3/3 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 800 of 2021 (G.R. No. 2181 of 2021) subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
