ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-09-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 28.7.1997 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge IV, Gaya in Criminal Appeal No.37 of 1997/46 of 1996, by which he has upheld the conviction of the Petitioners passed on 26.3.1996 by S.D.J.M., Gaya in G.O. case No.608 of 1991 (Trial No.694 of 1996) and maintained the sentence of six months R.I. and fine of Rs.500/-, in default of which simple imprisonment for another one month. Having gone through the impugned judgment, I am unable to find any perversity in the same.
However, considering the period of custody of the Petitioners, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by them.
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.361 of 2006 dt.28-09-2015 2/2 With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application stands dismissed.
