Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 307 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months from today.

Permissions is granted.
