ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-09-2015 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 21.01.2006 passed by the 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachhia, Bhagalpur in Criminal Appeal No. 31 of 2005, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 22.02.2005 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Naugachhia, Bhagalpur in Tr. No. 436 of 2003 (G.R. No. 480 of 2002), by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Sections 341, 323, and 504/34 IPC and sentenced them to undergo S.I. for four days, one month and R.I. for six months respectively. Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any reason for interference in the matter. However, considering the nature of allegations,
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.251 of 2006 dt.21-09-2015 the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.
With the aforesaid observations, the Application stands dismissed.
