The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 716C of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 314,315, 323,379, 504,506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The marriage of the complainant opposite party no. 2 was

No.26772 of 2020(2) dt.11-11-2020 2/3 solemnized in 2012 with the son of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and brother of petitioner no.3. on account of some differences, it is alleged that the petitioners have assaulted the complainant. Considering the fact that the marriage took place in 2012, the Court, in order to restore normal conjugal life, is inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to these petitioners with hope and trust that petitioners will restore congenial atmosphere in active restoration of conjugal life of opposite party no.2. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-IV, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No. 716C of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

On release the court below shall place the case before the District Mediation Centre for amicable settlement of the dispute between the complainant and her in-laws. It is made clear that in future if the petitioners cause harassment, misbehave or torture the opposite party no. 2, in that event, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel their bail
