1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP Smt. Nirmala Kumari for the State.

2. The learned APP at the outset, submits that from bare perusal of the prayer, made in the quashing application, it would manifest that charges have been framed against the petitioner, it is thus, submitted that at this stage, the Court should be reluctant in interfere.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned APP, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.

4. Accordingly, the present quashing application is hereby rejected.
