Petitioner has filed this writ application for quashing the order dated 19.09.2011 passed in Arms Case No.36 of 2011 by which his application for grant of license for holding a D.B.B.L. gun was rejected.
However, in counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.2, a stand has been taken that the petitioner was intimated vide Memo No.2251 dated 31.10.2012 contained in Annexure-C that he has been granted arms license. It is contended that the grievance of the petitioner,
Patna High Court CWJC No.19399 of 2011 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 thus, has already been redressed.
