JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-02-2017 This case was listed in chambers today i.e. 02.02.2017, so as to assess if there is any chance of amicable settlement between the parties.

In compliance of this Court's order dated 19.01.2017, the parties have appeared in person.

From the submissions of the parties it appears that they are willing to live with each other.

In such view of the matter, let petitioner and opposite party no. 2 appear in the Court below on 01.03.2017, from where the petitioner, as agreed upon between the parties, shall take the opposite party no. 2 with himself and the Court below after verifying the conduct of the petitioner shall enlarge the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47061 of 2016 (5) dt.02-02-2017 2/2 on provisional bail for a period of six months on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to his satisfaction in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

It is further made clear that the petitioner and opposite party no. 2 shall have to present themselves before the Court below on each month for a period of six months and the Court below only after verifying the conduct of the parties, shall extend the provisional bail of the petitioner on their appearance on date fixed and after six months, considering their conduct, his bail bonds shall be confirmed, otherwise, he will be free to pass any order as he deems fit.
