The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner no. 2 alongwith co-accused Anand Pandey assaulted the informant on her hand, on account of which, hand of the informant was fractured. So far as petitioner no. 2 is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation.

In view of aforesaid fact, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no. 1 is rejected.

So far as prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25606 of 2022(2) dt.13-09-2022 2/2 2 is concerned, since there is general and omnibus allegation against him, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, the above-named petitioner no. 2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 257 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
