The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 4823(C) of 2917 registered for the offence under Sections 384,385 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the complaint that the petitioner has misbehaved and demanded ransom.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Earlier the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26769 of 2020(2) dt.11-11-2020 2/2 grand daughter of the complainant used to learn dance from the petitioner and later on she married with the petitioner before the Marriage Registrar. Referring to Annexure-5 series he submits that the girl is major and she has voluntarily joined the wedlock and got married with the petitioner before the Marriage Registrar as is evident from Annexure-4. Considering the fact that marriage was registered before the Marriage Registrar, Patna on 29th March, 2017, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Susri Sudhanshu Pandey, J.M. 1st class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 4823(C) of 2917, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
