2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 550 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 483 and 484 of the BNS and under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of two country made pistols from the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.12.2024 and the he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-VI, Danapur/concerned Court below in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25151 of 2025(2) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 550 of 2024, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Bikram Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. As the petitioner claims to have clean antecedent, the Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner is directed to verify the antecedent of the petitioner. If the petitioner is found to be involved in any other case then the bail bonds of the petitioner shall not be accepted. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
