2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that owing to unavoidable circumstances and lack of communication between the petitioner and his counsel, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish his bail bonds within the stipulated time.

3. For the reasons stated, the time for surrender and furnishing bail bond in terms of order dated 08.02.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 6720 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.

4. Criminal Miscellaneous No. 22473 of 2019 stands disposed of.
