ii. For payment of the arrears of the Samman Pension to the petition from the date of notification of the scheme."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2, i.e. the Deputy Secretary Home (Special) Department Government of Bihar, Old Secretariat, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
