ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of acquittal in Appeal dated 22.8.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-III, Bhagalpur, in Sessions Case no. 1297 of 2004/378 of 2005 arising out of Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2004, G.R. No. 735 of 2004.

Having gone through the impugned judgment, I find no good reason for interference.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.
