The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of acquittal in Appeal dated 22.8.2006 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-III, Bhagalpur, in Sessions Case no. 1297 of 2004/378 of 2005 arising out of Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2004, G.R. No. 735 of 2004.

Having gone through the impugned judgment, I find no good reason for interference.

Hence, the application stands dismissed.
