JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-10-2016 As prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraphs-3 and 5 of the modification petition within course of the day. This modification petition has been filed for correction in paragraph-1 and prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 25786 of 2016 as well as in the order dated 29.09.2016 passed in the above stated Cr. Misc. No. 25786 of 2015.

Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that in Paragraph-1 and prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No. 25786 of 2016, in place of Session trial no. 482 of 2016, it was wrongly typed as Session Trial no. 576 of 2015 and the same error was occurred in order dated 29.09.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph-1 and prayer portion of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46707 of 2016 (2) dt.26-10-2016 2/2 Cr. Misc. No. 25786 of 2016 within course of the day and, accordingly, the order dated 29.09.2016 stands modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of the aforesaid order, the Session trial no. 576 of 2015 be read as session trial no. 482 of 2016. In the aforesaid manner, this modification petition stands disposed of.
