Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioners seeks bail in connection with Goraul (Katahara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 339 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in the case at the instance of their enemies in collusion with the police and the petitioners are living separately
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25792 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 from their son with whom the deceased was living. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the petitioners are in custody since 28.04.2022. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Katahara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 339 of 2020.
