JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER --------------- 12-03-2015 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file a fresh comprehensive representation with all supporting documents before the respondent no.3, the District Magistrate-cum-District Election Officer, Muaffarpur raising all the issues which have been raised in the present writ petition.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

If such a representation is filed on behalf of the petitioner with a certified copy of the present order within a period of four weeks from today with all supporting documents in support of his claims, then the respondent no.3, the District Magistrate-cum-District Election Officer, Muzaffarpur shall be

If on consideration of the materials, the respondent no.3 comes to a conclusion that the claims raised on behalf of the petitioner are admissible to him, then consequential order shall also be issued for grant of such admissible claims without any unnecessary further delay.
