The petitioner, invoking writ jurisdiction of this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has prayed for directing the respondents, particularly Divisional Forest Officercum- licencing authority to renew the licence of the petitioner's saw mill for the current financial year.
The court is of the opinion that since there is statutory remedy available under the Bihar Saw Mills ( Regulation) Act, 1990, the petitioner may not be allowed to invoke the writ
